What is economic analysis？
Economic analysis refers to the research activities based on various economic theories, various basic data and various indicators and models to analyze and study the economic dynamics and its effects in a certain period, find out the laws and point out the development direction.
What is mathematical statistics？
Mathematical statistics is a branch of mathematics, which is divided into descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Based on probability theory, it studies the statistical regularity of a large number of random phenomena. The task of descriptive statistics is to collect data, sort and group them, prepare frequency distribution table, draw frequency distribution curve, and calculate various characteristic indexes to describe the concentration trend, deviation trend and skewness of frequency distribution. Inferential statistics is to infer and predict the whole on the basis of descriptive statistics and the regularity summarized from sample data.
Mathematical Statistics and Economic Analysis！
Economic statistics can make people see the economic activities more widely. It can make people see the economic activities of the region, surrounding areas, the whole country, other countries and even the whole world. Economic statistics can make people see the situation of economic activities more deeply. It can make people see the internal situation of economic activities and deep-seated economic relations. Economic statistics can make people find the laws and trends of economic activities, which has become an important basis for governments, enterprises and individuals to make economic and economic decisions.
2023 2nd International Conference on Mathematical Statistics and Economic Analysis（MSEA 2023）will be held in Nanjing, China from May 26 to 28, 2022.
Based on probability theory, mathematical statistics studies the statistical regularity of a large number of random phenomena, and infers and forecasts the whole. Economic development is very important to people's life and the country. Through data statistics and analysis, we can quickly understand the law of economic development. This conference combines mathematical statistics and economic analysis for the first time to explore the relationship between them, so as to provide a platform for experts and scholars in the field of mathematical statistics and economic analysis to exchange and discuss.
We warmly invite you to participate in MSEA 2023 and look forward to seeing you in Nanjing, China.
